In this most recent evaluation, e-Dialog received a perfect score in several key categories, including Services, Transactional Messaging, Interface, Testing, Content Library, Flexibiity, Throughout Speed, Volume, Integration, Strength of Management Team, Strength of Employee Base, Quality of References, and Vertical Strategy. Furthermore, e-Dialog’s perfect score in the Services category was one of only two perfect scores awarded to any vendor participating in the evaluation..
In the report, Forrester indicates that marketers have a greater need for analytics. e-Dialog’s ability to offer robust analytics and provide tools to quickly segment and query large amounts of data suggests that we are uniquely positioned to serve the needs of marketers today. In support of this point, e-Dialog received several top scores attesting to the strength of its Current Offering, including Reliability, Functionality, Technology Platform, Integration, and Deliverability Management, as well as perfect scores for Scalability, Application Interface, Content Library, Dynamic Content, Flexibility, Data, Volume, Testing, Workflow, and Throughput Speed.
